I think the feature is great. I haven’t seen anything like this on other fitness apps. It definitely helps beginners feel more confident in the gym. I was genuinely impressed.
Just tested the form feedback function, honestly, I think it’s very helpful. I submitted two good examples and two bad ones. The bad ones—my overhead press and deadlift—highlighted deficiencies I wasn’t fully aware of, like depth, wrist position, spine position on the press, and a rounded back during the deadlift. I think it’s a valuable feature even for experienced lifters to identify blind spots and make small improvements. Overall, the AI feedback is very accurate.
I loved how it feels like having a built-in personal trainer! It gives you helpful tips and tricks to improve your form for the next time you perform the exercise.
Just received the AI feedback and overall, I think it was pretty accurate! I really liked how it broke down each movement in the exercise and explained everything clearly. The only issue I noticed was that I was wearing a sweatshirt, which caused the AI to misread a few curves. Aside from that, it’s a great way to check your form if you’re unsure how to perform an exercise correctly.

The tone is very positive—encouraging comments like “nice lockout” and “nailed the depth” are great for user motivation. The AI accurately detected bar path and finishing position, showing precise spatial analysis. It does a great job providing both positive and corrective feedback, with comments on head position, lumbar spine, and torso angle—proving it tracks multiple joints and body segments.

Hi! I just tried the app! I tested the squat and deadlift, since I don’t usually do bench or overhead presses, I wasn’t sure if I had to try everything. I realized my deadlift form wasn’t great, so I fixed it and felt no pain during the set! I was really impressed. The platform is clear, user-friendly, and I really appreciated the form assessments. I’ve never used an app that can actually correct your form, this is truly impressive!
